Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, contact us at support@enforcemedia.com. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. We currently do not accept returns on electronics that are opened unless the manufacture accepts the return. Please email us for further information as rules may change.
Digital Games Policy
Digital games are non-refundable. Please be extremely careful when purchasing online games.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
To get the item you want, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, no justification required. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
